Core Values
Clarity at every stage.
Precision in every decision.
1
COLLABORATION: A.V. Builders has assembled a passionate and highly experienced team that will guarantee a seamless building process. Our team collaborates closely with the architect, interior designer, and sub-contractors on your project to ensure no details are overlooked. We believe that building a home is not just “construction”, but building a relationship with everyone involved who shares a common goal. This common interest is cultivated to develop the best outcome possible.
2
EXECUTION: Our years of experience building custom homes and completing high-end remodels have allowed us to develop systems and integrate value-engineering practices into our projects. Coordination with all parties involved is key to successful builds, and it’s the reason why we use industry-specific software to bring everything together. If all design professionals, team members, owners, and sub-contractors can view the same information, the risk of miscommunication is significantly reduced.
3
QUALITY: A.V. Builder’s ethos revolves around delivering quality homes by using the highest quality materials and trade experts available. Years of
researching, and developing the latest building methods, have given us an edge of experience that we feel is necessary to build a family’s home. Our builds have proven to stand the test of time.
4
PASSION: The company was founded upon the desire to deliver projects built with passion. Simply put, we love building “dream homes” and can’t wait to collaborate with clients who share the same love of their homes. Our rigorous hiring process and vetting process for subcontractors ensures that we hire individuals who share the same passion for building as we do.

The finest hands
in the trade
A home is only as good as the hands that build it. Anyone can buy the same marble. The difference is who sets it.
AV’s greatest advantage is a closed circle of the Peninsula’s most exacting trades, assembled over twenty-five years and trusted on every project.
