A.V. Builders built the addition for my house in 2015 and completed my ADU in early 2020. Andrew himself guided and connected me with new builder teams for my new rental property in 2020. He is my go-to person for advice on addition, building, and planning for homes, and rental properties. His expertise in planning and building, and attentiveness to details save me time after time. Andrew listened to my constant requests patiently and carefully, but he let me know the real distance (either that to be money or realistic structural possibilities) between what I wanted and what could be done in reality.
